What is the purpose of the Lectrus Supplier Self Assessment?
The aim of the Lectrus Supplier Self Assessment is to introduce potential suppliers to our company. Completion of the Supplier Self Assessment does not guarantee that you will become an approved Lectrus supplier. Lectrus Corporate Supply Chain Management makes all buying decisions for all programs.
What happens with my Supplier Self Assessment?
Lectrus Corporate Supply Chain Management will review your application. If your company meets our qualifications, you will be put in touch with the appropriate buyer. The buyer may schedule a meeting to discuss business opportunities or may simply send an email requesting more information. Once a buyer makes the decision to purchase a product, you will receive an email with the next steps or an explanation as to why the product was not a fit for Lectrus at this time.

We recognize the effort it takes to go through the qualification process and we know that we may not be right for every business. Please keep in mind that issuance of a supplier number does not guarantee purchases of your product. All decisions are made by the purchasing agent with input from sales, project management, engineering and management.
We also carefully analyze a new supplier's ability to ship products in a reasonable amount of time. Late shipments can translate into great losses—both monetarily, industry reputation and customer respect. We expect our suppliers to combine excellent products with on-time deliveries—at the right cost.
No gifts or gratuities, which have monetary value in excess of $50.00, are to be given or offered in any way to any Lectrus Corporation employee. Suppliers may donate gifts for the purpose of raising funds for charities or non-profit organizations. Gifts or gratuities include, but are not limited to: free goods, kickbacks in the form of money or merchandise, supplier-paid trips, liquor, food products, meals or personal services.
We expect our suppliers to be knowledgeable about their industry and each product or service they provide to Lectrus Corporation. We require a high level of communication and integrity from each of our suppliers so that we can better serve our customers.
