Lectrus welcomes Tony Young as a Production Scheduler at our Houston Operation. Tony has nine years of experience working as planner, buyer, and a materials manager for past employers including; Santee Dairies, Tomadur Engine Genuine Parts Distributor, Privilege, and Elkay Plastics.

Tony’s first day began on Monday, January 23, 2012. We are excited and pleased to welcome Tony to our Lectrus Team!

 

Bob Smith has joined Lectrus as Materials Manager. He has 20 years experience working in warehouse, purchasing, and electrical aviation. Past employers include: Rockwell Automation and Eaton Corporation. Mr. Smith has also served our country in the US Navy. Bob has an Associate’s of Science degree in Engineering from the College of Lake County in Grays Lake, IL. 

Mario Ibarra is the new Financial Cost Analyst and has over 10 years experience working in finance. Past employers include: ABB Vetco Gray, International Paint, Wilson Supply, Bisso Marine, and American Bureau of Shipping. Mario has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

We are also excited to announce the promotion of Preston and Patrick Wooddell to Structural Production Supervisors. They have been with the company for 13 years and have worked at both our Houston and Chattanooga Operations.

 

Tyson Chandler – EHS Coordinator
Tyson comes to Lectrus from Mueller with 12 years experience in Safety and Environmental management. Tyson holds a BS degree in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University. Tyson is also a member of the Hamilton County Emergency Planning Commission and National Fire Protection Association.

Lance Coulter – AutoCAD Operator
Lance comes to Lectrus from a commercial and residential construction background with the installation of skylight boxes at the Chattanooga Volkswagen facility being one of his latest projects. Lance also hold an Engineering Degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Howard Carter – Structural Designer
Howard comes to Lectrus with years of design experience from McKee Foods and previously from La-Z-Boy, Research and Development.

Brian Fisher – Structural Designer
Brian comes to Lectrus with over 20 years design and project experience from Tyco, Modtech Manufacturing and Engineering Design Technologies. Brian holds an MBA from American Intercontinental University and is an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute.
 

 

Matt McCoy
Matt McCoy has been promoted to Strategic Account Manager. In his new role Matt will be responsible for coordinating all sales activities with the corporate offices of some of our larger accounts. Matt has been with Lectrus since 2009 working as the Business Development Manager for the Northeast and will also continue to manage the key account activity in the Northeast Region.

Tom Bigger
Tom Bigger will be assuming the role of Sr. VP Sales – Special Projects and transitioning his current customer accounts. In his new role Tom will become responsible for interfacing with Sales and Project Management for all major projects. This will include assisting in the review of quotes and contract terms; coordinating internal kickoff meetings and establishing project kick off meetings on large orders and international projects. He will also be instrumental in providing training to Business Development Managers, Insides Sales Specialists and Project Managers on topics such as Lectrus’ pricing program, sales tools and developing strong customer relationships. The wealth of experience and knowledge that Tom has developed over the past 28 years with Lectrus will be extremely valuable in this new role.

Rachael Green
Rachael Green has accepted the Inside Sales Specialist position in Chattanooga, replacing Paul Smith, who will be moving to the Southeast Region Business Development Manager position. Rachael joined Lectrus as a Business Development Coordinator in January, 2010, and has most recently been supporting both Inside Sales and Engineering with quotes and designs for solar projects. Rachael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, and will be a great addition to the Inside Sales Team.
